People’s perceptions can be so different, and we can get caught up in others perceptions and lose sight of our own. We must remember to keep our thoughts, behaviour and attitude positive, so that our lives can then be positive. An example I have is – when we think we are agruing or disagreeing with someone and we spend so much time thinking about it and all the eventualities. Not only is this detrimental to our own health and growth, but when we then find out the other person did not know there was a problem, we find we have spent so much time and energy on the negative instead of looking after our own wellbeing. then when we find the other was happily living without any angst at all that we were carrying it all, then we can become even more upset.
Take a deep breath, remember who we are and what we want in life, and let the anger and pain go as we breathe out deeply. Takestock of why we thought there was a problem. Ask our angels to help us heal, and focus on our positive, healthful healing future.
